Confirm Eligibility

Go to gmsupplierdiscount.com and click Company Eligibility. Search “FedEx” to confirm your company and find your code. Active full-time and part-time employees qualify. Contract employees do not.

Step 02

Register or Sign In

Go to gmsupplierdiscount.com and create or log into a GM account. Enter your Company Code (813963 for most FedEx employees) when prompted. Setup takes about one minute.

Step 03

Get Authorization Number

From the Programs menu select GM Supplier Discount, then Get Authorization Number. Follow the prompts — you will enter your date of birth and ZIP code. Your number is valid for 90 days.

Step 04

Print or Save It

Print or screenshot your authorization number. You must provide it to the dealer before purchase or lease — the transaction cannot be completed at supplier pricing without it in hand.

What to Bring to the Dealership

Have these three items ready. We handle everything else at the store.

Authorization Number

Printed or saved from gmsupplierdiscount.com. Must be presented before the purchase or lease is completed. Valid for 90 days from issue date.

Proof of Employment

Your FedEx company ID/badge or a pay stub from within the last 30 days. Redact everything except the date, your name, and the FedEx employer name (payer). That is all that is required.

Driver’s License

A copy of your valid driver’s license with the license number redacted. The ZIP code and date of birth must match what you entered when generating your authorization number online.
